Just back from seeing his 'Brig Society' stand-up show at Warwick Arts Centre.

Excellent night out - very funny (although possibly not for Daily Mail readers) and quick on his feet with responses to audience input.

Best laughs I've had for ages - don't miss him if he's at a venue near you.

Do you realise how this is sounding? :)

Glad you enjoyed yourself.
Oh my, the Warwick Arts Centre, that brings back some lovely memories for me. Used to see Simon Rattle and the BSO there in the 80's.

Oops sorry, yes, MB, he's good and a very likeable character.
Or is my mind in the gutter? lol

I was there for most of the CBSO concerts at Warwick through the 80s and 90s - not a patch on Symphony Hall for acoustics, but a great chance to see (probably) the best conductor/orchestra combination in the world at that time.
