I have a four year old sow who is losing weight, any ideas?

What breed is she?

Shes a Middle White

when did she last farrow?

She last farrowed 4 years ago, she is actually 6 1/2 years old.

False pregnancy maybe mastitis, cos she is a white she would be more prone to that i think, it's along time since we had pigs, 38 years infact!l lol
