What were the calls about, a job?
The Siemens web site does have details of fake emails that look like they are from Siemens but are of course fake. No mention of phone calls.

What were the calls (allegedly?) about?
Siemens are responsible for meter reading across most of the East Midlands, East Anglia, South East and North West England. So if, for example, they've experienced problems accessing your electricity or gas meter, they may well want to contact you.
However if the caller has told you that, for example, Siemens are working on behalf of Microsoft to fix a problem on your computer, then it's obviously a scam.
More information, please!

The calls we about pensions. We don't have pensions through Seimens. The recorded message (a woman's voice) spoke so quickly that it was very difficult to pick up on what it was saying. We were told to press button 5 etc. etc. My husband took one call, I took the other, & we did not press any button. When we did not respond, the phone was replaced at the other end.
There are scammers around who phone people at random and try to get them to move or tranfers their pension to another company.
There is a bit about it here

It seems you are keeping them at arms length, but dont give them any encouragement as they will promise all sorts of great "profits" but you may lose the lot.
Treat them as you would a criminal.
