Excuse me, but I saw on another thread you need to use your old computer to print as your printer is not compatible with Windows 8, which is a nuisance for you.

Install this driver on your new pc and your printer will work.

Cheers for the link, hc4361, you're a star! I looked everywhere for compatible drivers (or thought I had!) and was led to believe my old Epson R300 wasn't supported by W8. I'm so glad to find this information was incorrect.


P.S. I did respond to your earlier post in the "Computers" thread but I'm reposting my reply here just in case you missed it. Thanks again, your help is greatly appreciated. ;o)

It is possible there was no driver available when you looked.
