You'd be living in northern Finland!
I think nothing would would happen until about 20 minutes,and then without the suns hold on us we would fly off anywhere, possibly collide with the moon. Heat and light would cease to reach us and temperatures would drop catastrophically. The earth would freeze over very quickly and the core would solidify because it was only kept molten by the suns gravitational influence on us.
