Video recording
5 Answers
I have just purchased another video after what I thought was a fault in the old one in that when I recorded a programme or played back something I got a picture, but no sound.
Now I have set up a new vhs recorder the same thing has happened. It can't be the t.v. as all channels have sound. Does anyone know why I only have vision on a tape and not sound? thanks

I think that in fact the problem is that the TV channel you use for the VCR is set to the wrong system. probably its set to SECAM and not PAL.
How much do you want for the old VCR as scrap value ?
