I have been into F1 since the 80s, In that time I have had female friends become super obsessive fans (normally because of a driver they fancy) then when the driver moves on they lose interest.

I will admit that my wee crush on Alonso did make me pay more attention at first but I am really getting into every aspect of it. My mum says that I know more about than her and my brother now! It's not just Alonso I like. I like Di Resta and support him and I like seeing all the new rookies coming in and watching their progress. It is such an interesting sport :-)
