I would be interested in Catalogue, glamour and Page 3 modelling. Does anyone know how it is possible to get into these please?

You need to get yourself registered with a reputable agent. Most of these are London-based, so have a trawl through the Yellow Pages. Do not agree to pay for portfolio pictures from an agent - get some shots done first - if they want to sign you, they'll pay for a proper session. This area of work is full of sharks and charlatans - never attend a meeting alone, never sign anything before you have it checked by a solicitor.

Pick ONE area. Catalogue modelling is a world away from Page three and that's a different kettle of fish to Glamour. Three different markets which seldom cross migrate. Although you could feesibly go from catalogue to skin you couldn't do it the other way round, particularly if you got well known for skin mags and the like.

There is also a world of difference between the sorts of agencies that handle these types of work. Use a REPUTABLE agent though. For example, a photographer that says he "handles" a few girls is not an agent, he's a pimp. Never pay anything up front, you'll be told that there are "administartion charges" this is Crap! a reputable and solid agent will only take mony off you when you get paid for a job they have found you.

It's easy to be conned, particularly if it's something you desparately want to do. But, there are good agents and there is money to be made. Choose the right area for you and go for it!
