Yes I do as I have a 1965 Jaguar S-Type but I don't think I could help you.

sorry i forgot to say its a year 1999-2000 and im wanting to fit a new cd/dvd player thanks in advance

From way back in the depths of my memory you have to remove all the surrounding trim/airvents as the set itself is bolted into the dash.
