David Icke, Crank Or Visionary Genius?
13 Answers
I've just seen a snippet on This Morning and his views have me intrigued.
Have any of you read his books? What are your opinions of him and i'm not talking about you reading a short article labeling him as a crank in the tabloids but have read a few of his books or seen a few of his dvd's and are entitled to make an educated judgement.
Does anyone know where i can get the whole set of his books or dvd's cheap/secondhand?
Do they sell them anywhere as a whole set like dvd boxsets?

I have attempted to read all the way through one of Ickes books, but it is really difficult to get past the more outrageously absurd claims.
IMO there is no doubt that he is a crank. albeit one with some charisma. And he is certainly a visionary - he has established a rather lucrative speaking and writing career based upon conspiracy theory and absurdity - no mean feat.

Not seen it yet, but I put it on for record this morning.
Still not sure about him, but what he says is very interesting and, without wanting to sound like a loon, I think there is some truth in it... although I'll never be convinced on the whole 'Lizard' thing!
He's got a new book out (which I'm hoping will be on the doormat when I get home!) but if you want to read some of his old stuff then maybe have a look on Ebay/Amazon?
Check out his website too, and YouTube channel...
