I have, sitting right next to me, an album entitled "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". Could it be worth any money?

The label is "Odeon".

It's worth a lot of listens - brilliant album, everything on it including the play out groove (if it's vinyl). Recorded at the same time/place as Pink Floyd's Piper At The Gates Of Dawn if I remember rightly.

We have all the their albums on vinyl including the early mono ones.

I really didn't think it was unique. Just a casual question. It's amazing, when you look up their history, how many labels and countries their albums were produced, and some records were not released in all countries with the same label and songs...Interesting.

AFAIC Sgt Pepper is one of the greatest albums of all time.

Don't mean to hijack your question Stewey but does anyone know of a site where you can value albums or LPs as we called them. We have so many from the sixties onwards and I'm sure if anything happened to us our son and daughter would just pack them all off to the local charity shop and there might be something worthwhile saving/selling.
