Isn't this just said by poor, boring and unimaginative people?

I was having a discussion with a neighbor who said this and i must admit i scoffed at hearing this bizarre phrase and scoffed further more when she said you can't put a price on the sunset, a babies laugh or the smell of cut grass on a summers evening.

I said imagine the sunset as you were on your 2.5 million yacht, imagine hearing a babies laugh as she and you flew to a holiday destination in your private jet and imagine the smell of cut grass on a summers evening as you stood on your balcony in your mansion overlooking your fleet of cars.

What are your thoughts? Oh btw i'm new here and my name's MR LOMAS, pleased to meet you.

On Tuesday, I shall escort one of my closest friends in the world to a medical appointment. We know the outcome of that appointment will be that his eyesight is getting worse. He will be completely blind within a few years. No amount of money will change that. He will never see his children grow up or get married; his career is going to become extremely difficult. Even now he is experiencing prejudice.

I know he would give anything to retain his eyesight. He doesn't yearn for yachts or big houses or a fleet of nice cars. He just wants something that most of us take for granted.

Please enjoy your riches, but remember for other riches are quite different. And yes, for him, the best thing in life is free.
