my two year old west highland terrier has started dribbling heavily from his mouth and at the same time sniffing along the floor. This quite often happens after he has eaten.

Any advice as to the problem would be welcomed.

thank you

I would get his teeth checked - he may have some discomfort from a tooth that is decayed or might even have one that never came out as a puppy.

Either way, I would get the vet to check him.

I agree get the vet to have a look but after that try changing food.

I would recommend BURNS Mini Bites www.burns-pet-nutrition.co.uk , excellent for Westies, avoid all wheat products this will also help with skin sores

You could ask the general public - who may well give you a whole variety of answers...

...or you could take the dog to a vet - who could examine him and probably tell you exactly what the matter is??
