I wouldn't wish it on anyone but he is now seeing a counsellor and dare I say "enjoying" it, although that is the wrong word. What I mean is it is good for him to be able to talk to someone outside the family. Look at your life and see all the good things about it and if you still need help and advice then see your GP because that is where we started.

Extremely fast.
You can also 'look forward' to fainting episodes and possible seizures, thinning of hair, brittle nails, lack of periods - resulting in possible future fertility problems, constipation and rapid heart beat - resulting in possible heart attack from the pressure you'll be putting your body under.
See a doctor, or talk to a family member or close friend.

You need help have a healthy relationship with your body not to lose weight, so go and see your GP so that he can help you get the counselling you need to see your body as it really is and not in the way you are projecting your own image to yourself. If you become anorexic or have a bad relationship with food vs body image you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of ill health and misery, so sort out the problem now before it gets any more of a hold over you. Please see your Dr who will help you be slim and healthy.
It's not just weight you will lose, it's your health, a lot of your sanity, often a lot of friends/relationships and potentially your life.
Been there, many years ago now but I'm still suffering hangovers from it, mentally and physically, some of which probably will never go away.
It's not worth it. Get help and get healthy, both eating and activity (get out and active, get a new hobby, make new friends alongside being healthy) - it will save you a lot of pain and misery. It may not seem like it at first, it lulls you into a false sense of security until you realise, usually way down the road, that it actually controls you rather than the other way around and it's a hell of a long way back.
It's a miserable world. You may feel bad now but don't make it worse, you're worth more than that.
