Software Which Tells How Your D/l Useage Is Per Month ?

Is there any software which sits in sys tray tells how your d/l usegae is per month ?
I tried one called MyOp Manager which is useless and complex

Thx, correct me if i'm wrong but does give readings per device installed ? (i prefer 1 total reading )

With my Netgear router (in the settings) is a section called"traffic meter".
This shows how much you have downloaded. It shows daily, weekly and monthly download usage. You can also see yesterdays, last weeks and last months totals.
You can even tell it on which day of the month to start calculating.
I would imagine most routers have something similar on their router page.
