video clips

I have vivicam 3713.When I take a video clip and down load to computer it plays ok but can hardly see it as it is dark and I did have the flash on.thanks for any advice as camera downloads pictures ok.

The 'flash' doesnt work when you have it in video mode( a flash is exactly that - a quick flash of light to capture a single image).
Unless you have a light source you will only get a very dark image. Just make sure what you are fiming is well lit.

What are you using to play the Video clips......Windows Media Player 10 has an array of sliders, on of which is one for brightness.......to see the sliders ......click View/Enhancements/Video settings and try that. If you don't see the correct slider, there are left or right arrows where it says video settings.............. Any other player will have similar adjusters ...............commoner.

BTW....you must have the video clip actually playing whilst using the sliders, once it stops they don't do anything..
