( if you have no hot water storage cylinder it will be a Combi ). Apart from ensuring that the domestic hot water switch, or domestic hot water thermostat are "on", I'm afraid there's not very much you can do, unless you are a qualified heating engineer.
There are 3 probable causes for your problem 1. The diverter valve is stuck in heating mode. 2. The domestic hot water sensor/thermostat is faulty. 3. The printed circuit board is faulty.
