So I get out my fav recipe that makes 30, double it and divide between 4 bowls. As we have lots of Easter eggs, I didn't want to make any chocolate ones, so in the first bowl I put ground almonds and chopped cherries, 2nd bowl chopped sultanas and lemon zest, third bowl chopped walnuts and two teaspoons of esspreso coffee powder, and the last bowl some crystalised chopped ginger, a little treacle and a pinch of ground ginger. I bake them, leave them to cool on wire racks and go for a shower. In comes my 3 brood plus 1 Girlfriend, neighbour with grandson, hubby with neighbour helping him to mend car. Oh, and the postman who had a nasty encounter with neighbour's 2 Rottweiler guard dogs.Guess how many biscuits I have left? 3.......2 dog's just had one courtesy of Thomas! If any of my lot moan tonight there's no biscuits so help me i'll....
