I pay £20 per month insurance for my dog now can anybody tell me that if his injections are not up to date and something happened to my dog will he still be covered by the insurance. Thanks for any replies.
Your contract with the insurer will be defined by the small print, but I'd expect that most insurers would pay out for treatment for conditions not related to the missing injections (e.g. injuries sustained in an accident) but that they'd refuse to pay in respect of problems that could have been avoided if the jabs were up to date (e.g. canine distemper).
My vet said that since my two demonic moggies are indoor cats they would not need boosters. I read the small print in my insurance and it didn't mention boosters/preventative measures.
This is good because my little princess was a 'little' upset last year when the vet tried to weigh her. The vet tried to muzzle her (didn't even know that there were cat muzzles) but by then she was really upset and wanting to spill human blood. She was pretty scary - girl power!!
If I have to put them into the cattery they would have to be inoculated.
