The idea that anybody carrying out such Sharia sanctioned punishments could have a defence in our criminal courts is, and will remain, utterly ludicrous and belongs in the fears of the ignorant and the fantasies of racists
I can't see any evidence whatsoever that Sharia law is about to adopted here in Britain. Our Justice system is completely separate from any religious control.
Saudi Arabia isn't just about Sharia law and women walking around covered in sheets. Its a deeply unjust dictatorship and all sorts if things can happen in countries like that.
