Surely it will now say "auction ended", so no need to remove the advert.
I think Ebay take a percentage of the final price, though I may be wrong.

Sorry that's not very helpful.
Is there not a final value fee or is that not the case on the classified ads page? Maybe they make their money from the ads as opposed to the sales i suppose,

They have no way of knowing if it has sold or not, the contacts are by phone or email. It is not in an auction sale. I can't find any way on the site of removing the advert.
This may help re:fees

"There's no final value fee for Classified Ads unless the item sells with a best offer"

I'm trying to find out how to remove Classified ads? If all else fails, contact ebay.
?? That wasn't the link I copied??
Sorry
doh!

just type "classified ads fees " in the search box

Finally managed to remove it, seems very complicated though, well for me it did!
You just click on it as 'sold' and the listing will end. You will have to pay a final value fee as well , for normal stuff it is 10% of the sale price , never done a classified ad on ebay I didn't even know there was such a thing.
Well you learn something new every day, just found ebay classified ads and there is just the fixed fee of £14.99 for cars and other vehicles.
Question Author
You can even put a reserve price in the classifieds too.
