find ratio of arc length to circumference (eg 1:4)
apply this ratio to 360deg (eg would give you 90deg)
For the 2nd one. Find ratio of angle to 360deg then apply ratio to arc length to find circumference and use Pi to find diameter half of which is your radius.
I hope this works as it is a long, long time since I did GCSE.
