Hello
Does anyone know how I can back up my Outlook folders and address book to a memory stick?
Please talk in easy-peasy language as I'm not a techno person, just don't want to lose all my carefully filed documents in the event of a hard-drive failure!
Many thanks.

Outlook but not Outlook Express as follows
open Outlook, File, Import / Export, export to a file, next, select Personal Folder File (.pst) from the list, next, you see a tree of folders, hit any minus signs to close the tree up, highlight your main folder which now has a plus sign next to it, make sure you tick the box that says "include subfolders, next, select "do not export duplicates from the choice of 3, click on Browse to select where you want to save it to and click Finish. Job done
