Saab 900 Brake Hoses
Anybody know anything about brake hoses for a Saab 900 ('95). Have been told that three are corroded, so it's failed the MOT. The guy in the garage seemed to imply that, although they are just hoses, they would be a tricky job to fit - something to do with joining them to something brass or copper? He couldn't/wouldn't give me any idea of cost, so I'm wondering how long it would take to replace all four ( the fourth one is 'advisory', so I want to get that done at the same time). Thanks

A few months ago I needed to have the distributor cap, small rotor arm inside, and HT leads replaced, and the small garage in my village (alas, not the one I took the car to for the MOT - I went to a bigger garage who do them for £30) found and replaced the parts no problem
look at this site

They call them' brake lines' , I looked for brake hoses and brake pipes and got no results .
I would buy them myself and then get the garage to fit them, as I said Saab parts are not available from the ordinary parts suppliers.
