One Of Life's Mysteries

I have spent three and a half hours today, edging the lawn and titivating the flower beds. I have done the same thing for the last twenty years in this garden and I've still ended up with a bucket full of stones.

Where do these stones come from? Every year I get them out and the following year they are back.

What other 'life's mysteries' have you experienced?

I am not accepting multiplying coat hangers or disappearing/mutliplying biros and or socks..............

Satan is digging his way up through your garden and unearthing stones as he goes ;)

I have a glut of odd socks and a couple of odd gloves. There must be a special place to go to find their partners.

I too have a garden full of stone, glass and broken crockery, turns up year after year.

There was a time not so long ago when I used to see red rubber bands on every pavement I walked on. I wondered about it and then realised that it must be the bands from the bundles of post when its delivered.
