For coloured hair (blonde), is it best to use products for coloured hair or products for dry/damaged hair? I am currently using products for damaged hair as they seem to reconstruct the hair from within and make the condition better, do products for coloured hair just prolong the colour? As mine does not seem to fade for some reason, it is very light.

I honestly think shampoo is shampoo. Not much difference from one to the other. I once spent 3 days in the shower because the bottle says rinse, lather and repeat.

use an intensive conditioner; boots' own brand "hairscience" one is fantastic value for money. frizz ease has a good one too but that's a bit pricier and i really did just spell that wrong, but you get the picture

products for coloured hair focus are aimed at people trying to keep their hair colour vibrant, unless you're having real issues there i'd go with hydrating hair products
