no i haven't seen it - what side is it on twr?
i also don't read a newspaper, but if as you are suggesting this person is on camera driving while using mobile, good, glad she is being prosecuted. Not for swearing though i hope?
Oh I hope swearing while driving isn't against the law now

Difficult to get a builder anyway without them all losing their licenses
I swear in my car all the time!
Sounds like a good idea to me, they should also 'do' all these celebs you see in the back of vehicles without seat belts on.

I'm sure its on BBC3 Beds, a good program, I would check though.
I've been watching it and tbh they all should be prosecuted for their driving offences. Speeding, talking on mobile, going through red lights. Both the boys who've been on had to be stopped from drink/driving by the film crew. Both girls were given a car. Going to continue watching.

Is it BB3 Marje? I'm not sure
It is on BBC3 Tuesday, at 9 I think, then repeated later in the week.
I watch at 8 o'clock on a Thursday, on BBC3. Sometimes with my eyes closed, and nearly always with my hands over my ears at some point....

Going back to this program & the driver's, it is seen to be done on live TV, the offences are clear & recorded, there is a case for an endorsement 2 re/ mobile phone" 3 Points & a £60, so will they get the Points & the fine? if not, I think people that have been done for the same offence has to take this Issue further>
eh? mind translating that tw?

There has nothing been said about these people getting done for using their mobiles / going through 3 red lights! Why, it's shown live, the offences has been seen & witnessed so they should be taken to court & be done, If they get away with theses offences & I had been done for the same Beds, I would take this further.

///it is seen to be done on live TV///
///Why, it's shown live,///

I don't think the programme is a live broadcast TWR
but i thought this whole thread was about the police are saying they will be prosecuted?
or so i thought. I don't know how the the statements "the police are saying she and others are going to be prosecuted" and "There has nothing been said about these people getting done for using their mobiles / going through 3 red lights" can both be true. I give up.

Even if the program has been recorded, do you not think they should still be done?
///the police are saying she and others are going to be prosecuted///

Don't understand you TWR, your OP ^^^^^^^ quoted the Police as saying they were going to be done,
So why the change of tack now?

That's what the Mirror states today!
The Mirror says the police are considering prosecution.
Did you notice when they went through red lights, the camera car behind them followed them through.
