Hearing Aid Click Dome Changing

I want to clean my new Siemens Impact Pro R's and cannot remember how to use little screwdriver. Have spare clickdomes but cannot remove it. Do you pull hard? Don't want to break it but need to clean it. I can see 4 little holes are blocked but screwdriver does not fit these holes. Please refresh my memory someone as I was not paying enough attention at the time as was so excited at being able to hear again!

Did they not come with an instruction leaflet, if they did it may well show a diagram.

That's what I thought but leaflet says for click dome instructions refer to click dome box which only has instructions on how to remove from box, not on actual fitting. So frustrating. Will have to phone audiology dept in morning.

Try the download, takes a few minutes but there is some info re click dials along with other bumf.

I found a utube video that shows I had been given a part pack of 4 click domes and the removal tool (edge of plastic box) is attached to the fifth and sixth domes which I was missing. Managed to remove domes after watching video and have replaced blocked domes which were causing feedback whistling. Life is good again!
