Uses for over-ripe Sharon Fruits
2 Answers
Couldn't resist a "good deal" from the market stall. Now I have lots of over-ripe Sharon fruit to use up quickly. Anybody have any ideas for using them up, (preferably with a vaguely dieting theme in mind). Thaks.

The only problem is that I'm not too sure what you should serve the chutney with! The recipe suggests roast ostrich but I've not seen many market stalls trying to get rid of short-dated ostriches at low prices! :-)
