I made some potatoe and leak soup but it was too potatoey, didnt have any more leaks so put an onion in it. dont know why! does any body have any idea what i could put into it that will make it less oniony but isnt really high in fat. I really dont want to throw it all away.

Why not freeze half for another day and then add some canned peas or beans to the remainder.
