How can i put songs into my mp3 player

Sibh, its very easy.

Assuming you already have some MP3 tracks on your PC in the 'my music' folder, I find the following the easiest way.

Plug your MP3 player into a USB port, your pc should then recognise the player as an additional drive.Go to Start,then 'all programs' then 'accessories' then 'windows explorer'.A menu should appear on the left hand side of the screen. select 'My computer', then C' Drive.There should be a folder called 'my music', double click this folder and all of the contents will appear in the big box on the right.All you have to do now is drag and drop them into the new drive which will be on the left hand side menu (most likely D drive, unless your drive is partitioned)
