Snack Before Bed!

What do you like to eat for a snack before you head off to bed...I love cornflakes!

pasta, if I eat late evening my stomach hurts all through the night.

I have my dinner in the evening around 7pm so dont need anything else to eat after that.

Yes I always have something before I go to bed, usually soup or maybe cheese with crackers and cucumber. Nom nom nom.

During the week hot chocolate and a flapjack. On a weekend usually a glass or two of red wine and some nice runny gorgonzola with crusty bread

I always feel peckish about 9pm and will have something like cheese and apple or something on a couple of ryvitas.

I eat dinner at 5 ish. No more food but a B&C before bed.

It's a bad habit that I broke about 3 years ago, but if absolutly so hungry that I can't get to sleep then a piece of toast with honey.

I don't know how anyone can eat stodgy stuff before you go to bed. Doesn't it sit really heavy, all night? Why eat before you sleep?

I don't eat after my evening meal, but i might have a mug of hot skimmed milk if i need comfort food.
