I have a 10+ years service badge and it was awarded 2 days before my 1 year service badge. Personally I think they are all a bit of a nonsense, does anyone really care if they get a badge?

I have a ten year plus badge, which I quite obviously have not earned, but a couple of others that I have earned have disappeared. Oh well, win some, lose some!

totally agree -I've had 9 best answers since before Xmas but only two are showing - it would be nice to see which answers had got a 'best' -not bothered about the badges though - they are all to pot -I've got a long service badge and only been here since Nov 2012.

You have to be joking......don't you remember the furor when the "badges" were first introduced? "Where is my badge?" "Why have i only got 4?"....the thread passed a hundred and the controversy went on for weeks.

Yes, to many people, a badge on AB is a sign of achievement and pride, a certain sense of superiority (totally denied of course) on less decorated ABers.
