Whose Number?

A few minutes ago my phone rang-on the caller display was 00000 000 000. Thinking something was wrong with my phone I dialled 1471 but got the same number. I was tempted to return the call by pressing 3 but thought I would ask first if anyone on AB had had a call from that number.
