Best Rap Lyrics

Many years ago I found a website called something like "The Best Rap Lyrics" where you could read what people thought were excellent lines from rap songs and sumbit your own favourites. Firstly does anybody what that site is and secondly there was a lyric on there that was "I'll cut your ass in half and leave you with a semi-colon". Anybody know what song that line is taken from?
