What Really Annoys You
29 Answers
My pet hate is seeing cars parked with two wheels on the pavement when it is not really necessary. This to me is an act of vandalism which causes thousands of broken pavements which must cost councils a fortune to repair. Pavements are not built to take the weight of cars, this I why tarmac is put across drives. If we saw youths causing so much damage there would be an outcry so why not thoughtless drivers.

Spitting in the streets
Picking teeth in public, or just seeing people in the public's eyes with toothpick in their mouth.
People not picking up after their dog.
Parents scolding or embarrassing their children in public.
People jumping the check-out line in the shops, and at the bus stop.
Rude and unmannerly children.

Parent & Children Parking Spaces - annoy the rocks off me when they are in the wrong place.
They need to be somewhere where you can have wider spaces and a safe walk to the store without crossing traffic streams in the car park. Logically that is around the edge of the Car Park as it abuts the store - even if it means that the parents/children have to walk a little further.
But no, they are always in prime positions, right near the door, even if it exposes the children to crossing traffic.
Children have legs and can walk - the spaces should be arranged for safety, not just to give idle parents first dibs on the best/nearest parking places.
