I have recently made Nigella's Rocky Road Crunch Bars and loved them!

I am getting married in October 2013 and am considering trying to make a Rocky Road cake for the occasion however have been unable to find a recipe on-line. I am looking for something with the characteristics of the Rocky Road Crunch Bars but within a chocolate sponge of some sort.

Does anyone know of a good recipe to use? Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
