On the eyeliner it says manchester, but i can't find any sites.
The stuff i've got came from shepherds bush market.
the eyeliner is fantastic - stays put all day

This is an American company so maybe the Mancheter refers to a Manchester in the US - or perhaps the uk distributor in the UK is in Manchester.
Ive had a quick search and there doesnt seem to be alot of a mention of it on the net does there?
Perhaps this market stall gets a lot of 'grey' imports or end of line stuff.
