Think I'm going to get myself an ice-cream maker now I've got more time. Imagine, summertime fresh raspberry ice cream with framboise. Last time I was in Italy, I had this gorgeous limoncello ice with raspberries on the lightest of sponge - so light it just melted into nothingness.....Oi! Were's all me cherry pie gone? And the ice cream - just a big well licked spoon next to the empty container!
