Hi Excel...six weeks ago...stone cold sober...I fell down the icy steps onto my patio...One leg remained indoors so I did a load of damage which I thought would get better by ignoring..
it hasn't so now I am beating it into submission...but I do have to hang upside down a lot...as in Boxy's pic..but that is not me...my hair is red. Until Shoota returns anyway...he insists it's grey. :-(

Just on my way out for supper at our excellent local - the coast was a bit smogged up but ended up with a great icecream at Jelberts in Newlyn (best ice-cream in Cornwall - and Helen Glover's family business - the 1st gold medallist). Then to Lamorna Cove.

I do have a thing that I hang upside down on, Society...Inversion table I think it was called when I bought it. Love it but the family insist I keep the phone nearby when I use it. Can't think why... ;-)
