Indemnity Insurance Problem Because Of Neighbouring Boundary
4 Answers
My previous post mentioned that the hedge in between my garden and my neighbour's garden is shown as his on the title plans - it basically looks like he encroaches onto our garden. As previously mentioned, he's now put a fence on his side of the hedge so to anyone looking at it, the hedge appears wholly in our garden.
Trying to get indemnity insurance because our garden isn't registered with LR and the buyer's solicitor has requested this. We seem to be having a problem when asking for quotes thought, because the plan shows that part of our garden so to speak (the hedge) is owned by our neighbour.
Help!!

It might look like you have taken some of your neighbours land not the other way round, explain to the insurance people again and if they can understand go elsewhere would be my advice.
Good luck
