Oh yes duty of care when I got arrested for protesting about animal testing, slammed in a cell for 2 hours without food or drink, just to be let off without charge . I harmed no-one did no damage and am the wrong side of 65 years old but didn't even get offered a cup of tea let alone a KFC , which I would have put down the toilet anyway. They should have hose-piped them off the roof.
