The above car was a one off but the one that consistently fetches daft money is the Ferrari 250 GTO.
There were only 40 made and the last one sold fetched $16m.
I think Pete Waterman owns one and wouldnt be surprised if Nick Mason from Pink Floyd has one.

That would be also the fastest car in the world which isn't really a car ( the supersonic car) i think it was called force
