PUK code!!! (i know wrong cat. but need a quick answer!)

my boyfriend has stupidly blocked his phone and it's telling him to enter the PUK code which i have managed to get, but do you just type it in? or do you have to put in any stars or hashes?! it's a nokia phone! it didn't say on the 02 site only gave the code! many thanks! x

go to the website of the network and you should be able to enter your phone number and it will come up straight away . Dont panic, its easy to get.

sorry didnt read properly, just add the PUK code as it reads.

lol its easy done!

just enter the puk code and it will "talk" you through the rest. X
