When you are feeling a bit fed up, what do you think of to put a smile on your face - apart from the obvious? (This has probably been asked a million times but I can't access 'search' at the moment.)
okay coggles, Retrospectively, it's easy. 'Positive mental attitude', cats, chocolate, blessings; plus the great things others have already said on this page, which you 3starred. At the time of your depression you can't see the wood for the trees, and forget these things; Therefore the answer is, and Spike Milligan said it; Write all those things down on a piece of paper. Then the next time you get fed up, all you got to do is remember your bit of paper. Put it in your pocket. :-)
Hearing/seeing my little boy laugh so hard it makes his face go red and all funny looking. ( This is usually caused by a rude noise - he is 5 I am sure you can imagine!)
answerbok, I'm not depressed at the the moment, but have been in the past, so I was interested in what other people thought of to cheer themselves up. It is heart-warming that so many people have similar thoughts. Thank you all :)
