Has anyone heard the cuckoo yet?They're late!Normally would've heard them by now but not a sound!

gness...i've heard three cuckoo's going at the same time in the forest up hear in the highlands!Drive you nuts going at it all day but still good to hear.Hope to hear them in the next few days!Will let you know when i hear them!It will be a first for me if i don't hear them at all!

Not around here (S. Cambs) yet. Was amused by the report that one bird had been traced to England but had turned straight round and gone to southern France. Dare say it was too cold here and it realised that everything, including target birds feeding and nesting, was running late.
