Hair Dresser Help Needed

Hi, I've been getting my haircut by my Son's Partner for the past year. I don't like the way she cuts it but I don't like to hurt her by going with someone else. What do I do? I'm sure she would be really offended :(

Just go somewhere on impulse, tell her thats what you did. Then next time say you decided to go back as you are having your nails done, eyebrows waxed etc at the very same shop. And its real nice to have some "me" time.

why dont you scour the net or some magazines and get a pic of exactly how you want it to look - and show her - tell her you want it exactly like this ''for a change''
or do the voucher idea, then show her how you have and rave on about it, ask her if she can replicate this 'new' style for you.

be careful not to more or less say that that is how you had wanted her to do it all along - make it sound like a similar but new style.
