Kilos To Pounds/stones?

hello abers...without a calculator and just a fairly rough guide....how do I convert kilos to pounds/stones...eg does 10 kilos /12/15 equate to 1/ 2/ 3 stone etc ? only needs to be a rough equation for my own mind Thanks, Paddy.

I kilo is almost exactly 2.2 lbs. So to convert kilos to pounds you double your answer and then add 10%.
eg 80 kilos: double it to 160, add 10% (16); answer = 176 pounds

thanks, factor and BHG... Both really helpful....emptied 2 pallets of deliv yesterday by meself.......now calculated at just under 60 stone...that'll keep the bingo wings at bay!
