Firstly you don't necessarliy need to have an orgasm to gush. The topic of Female ejacutlation is highly contested, and rightly so as all women are different and each time can feel different and also quantity varies. Only about 10% of the F population can do it apparently! But I know several F that can, so I am not sure how accurate the stats are. Your description of how to do it is probably the best way to go.
