Ainsley Harriet recipe needed.... Help!

I'm planning to cook for 8 tomoro night and wanted to cook pan fried pork steaks with apple which I saw on Ainsley Harriets Gourmet Express the other day but have forgotten how to go about it! I know the recipe includes cider and red current jelly. Can anyone help cos I haven't got time to get the book!
